What are you doing to celebrate today?

It's the first day of winter, a season that invites us to slow down, turn inward, and allow the process of death to make way for the introduction of new life just around the corner.

I'm celebrating and welcoming this season by closing chapters, reflecting through writing, and setting intentions for this season and the coming year.

I am totally immersed in some really big business decisions, so this intentional pause feels extra sticky because it feels like I don't have time for it. But earlier today, I got to check on a mom and brand new baby at a home visit, which is such an honor and reminded me (again) of just how beautiful it is to work through difficult transitions.

So I'll take a moment for gratitude for you reading this, the sun shining (finally), a great weekend in the mountains, and hopefully a view of the conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter later tonight!

Are there any special practices you do for the solstice? I'd love to hear about them!

I'm hoping you find peace and choose joy in the final weeks of this year.

I also want to share that today begins up to 40% off of some Beautycounter products in a site-wide sale that you likely don't want to miss. If you do next day shipping, you can actually get it in time for Christmas. But these might just be nice gifts for you. ;-) Consider this your reminder that what you put on your skin matters.

And finally, I'd like to extend 10% off of the moveMentors: Caregivers course (because how you parent is a gift you not only give yourself, but your child, your partner, and your entire family) and it's a seriously thoughtful gift for a new or expecting parent, a helpful gift for involved grandparents, and a really resourceful gift for a nanny or caregiver you'd like to hire.

Use the code "trianglecrc10" to snag your discount and give the gift of intentional parenting or caregiving. Jenna Somich and I worked together on that course and I'm really proud of the work we did. I hope you'll take advantage of the savings and enjoy the course yourself or as a gift.

Sending light and hugs.
