Welcome Calder!

I'm so happy to share with you all that on Saturday night, we welcomed our second son, Calder Ellery. I posted it on my Facebook and Instagram pages, but wanted to make sure that I shared the good news with all of you! Thank you for all of your well wishes and kind thoughts. I've heard great things from some of you about your experiences with Dr. Sellers. I'll look forward to seeing you all when I return in the fall.  Until then, I'll be enjoying lots of snuggles, letting my body heal postpartum (including participating in the next BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series - join me!), and soaking up family time!
