Xero Shoes Gracie Review
Xero Shoes sent me a pair of their Gracie boots to test out and let you know my thoughts.
Honestly, I was praying they'd send me these. I find myself in mucky situations quite frequently, but lots of muck boots have narrow toe boxes, rigid soles, and an inflexible structure.
These ankle height boots are perfect for easily slipping on to check the garden, do a compost run, weed the garden, feed and water the chickens, and even sneak in a quick mid-morning workout.
These are comfortable, versatile, and while it's not the most important factor of this type of shoe, they're also really cute!
A bit more about the shoes themselves:
They only weigh 14 oz and are waterproof. They have a wide enough toe box that I can wear my Correct Toes comfortably inside them. They have an elastic upper side to allow for slipping on and off, and hit low enough on the calf that they’re spacious enough for ankle mobility without digging in to the lower leg. The sole is grippy, flat, and non-slip.
