Small Group Training

Our Small Group Training classes meet every Monday and Wednesday (8:00am-9:00am) and are unique in their combination of dynamic power, strength, agility, overall general preparedness, and DNS principles: all from the same lens of cyclical training as our Saturday classes.

Programmed and instructed by Dr. Bailey: work in a small group setting to ensure appropriate form, maximum benefits, and group accountability to help you reach whatever your movement goals are.

Classes are 60 minutes of basic strength training and bodyweight movements to help you gain strength and control through all ranges of motion.
