Our Saturday Cyclical Fitness (currently 8:15-9:30am) class is incredibly unique in that it is a cyclical training program based on YOU and your body’s cycles.

When you’re menstruating, your body is having a completely different experience than if you’re ovulating; we think your workout should reflect that! Not cycling? No problem. We can use the moon as a guide!
